Robert Kiyosaki's best-seller a must read for getting ahead in money matters.

Kim Kiyosaki's hot new book she wrote for all women who insist on not being dependent on a man!

Knowledge is Power...

“If you want more spending power, reducing debt is much more effective than earning more income, because income is taxed and debt reduction dollars are tax free!”

When you truly understand the enormous power of that statement, and you are committed to ‘getting ahead’ financially, you’ll begin focussing on the importance of eliminating your biggest debts… especially your mortgage… as quickly as possible!

Try This Simple Exercise…

  • Multiply your monthly mortgage payment by 12
  • Now add that figure to your annual household after-tax income

What sort of difference would having this much extra income mean to you? Where would you be able to travel? What would you be able to buy? Who could you spend more time with? Would you think about cutting back your work hours?

Remember, the money you save by paying off your mortgage is a TAX FREE addition to your disposable income, because you have already PAID the tax!

By providing you with the right tools, strategies and knowledge, for FREE, we can help you fast track your wealth building plans so you’ll be in the enviable position of paying off your home loan YEARS sooner – and saving a TON of money on interest repayments.

Mortgage Free Australia understands the opportunities you will have available to you when you escape the debt-trap of your home mortgage. Once you have eliminated this “bad debt”, you can really start to supercharge your wealth-building plans.

What our Members are Saying...
"I came across a link to your website while I was on the internet a while ago and immediately had a scroll through all the information, signed up as a member and ordered a copy of your book, "How To Be Mortgage Free in 4 Easy Steps". I purchased my first house in Perth 12 years ago. About 5 years later I refinanced my mortgage to buy a unit in Perth and I have recently just built a new house in Queensland. All of these are investment properties, as I did my sums early on and figured that I was best to rent a place to live in and then rent out my properties. I suppose the thing that surprised me the most after reading. How to be mortgage free in 4 easy steps was that I actually did not have to change a single thing. I was already doing exactly what your book suggests! My 2 Perth properties are P&I loans which are 100% offset. Mt Queensland property is Interest only and I live and pay all my expenses on credit card and then pay that balance at the end of each month. As I have refinanced loans to buy more property, I have never actually become mortgage free, although I now have other people paying off the majority of my loans. People always seem to ask me how? And I always reply, "how can you not?" But still most people do not understand. I have not had to work any harder or sacrifice to have these investment properties and I am not on a huge wage either. What I do know is that I actively seek as much information as possible about my mortgages and investments and actually have an interest in them and I would really like to retire by the time I am 40, which is about 10 years away. I plan to buy more properties in the future, although at the moment I am diversifying by trying my hand in the stock market. What I have noticed is that there are many people out there who either do not understand enough about their finances or are just too scared or naive to want to learn more – when it is only in their best interest to! So although I was already on the path to being mortgage free by putting into practice what you said in your book, I do hope many more people get the chance to read your book or look at the website so they too can start on the path towards financial freedom."

"A few years ago we did a bathroom renovation which was around $12,000. I punched the estimated cost into the Mortgage Reduction Plan software and it really didn’t make much of a blip on our loan repayment term. Not like I was expecting. I thought, “Well, this can’t be right”. At the time, I had to go see the bank and talk about money anyway. When I spoke to our banker about how little difference the projected $12,000 redraw seemed to affect our loan, he put it in his banks’ computer program… and it came out the same! He said, “Oh, yeah, that’s right”, so I knew it was. When we actually spent the money and did the reno, it worked! I heard about the Mortgage Reduction Plan software a few years ago. I think I saw it on the local Current Affairs programme. I went in and investigated it. It’s great because we’ve been doing a lot of renovating over the last four or five years at our home, and we’re both on wages, so we can put the “what ifs” into the program to see what’s going to happen in the next four or five years with our loan. Mortgage Free Australia has fantastic support for the Mortgage Reduction Plan software, too. Sometimes I’ve put the in figures a bit wrong and I’ve had to ring up to get some help. The guys at Mortgage Free Australia have been really, really helpful. I can thoroughly recommend the online Mortgage Reduction Plan software. I’ve been using it now for over 3 years."

"You’ve absolutely got rocks in your head if you’re not destroying your loan using this system! I got your book ‘How to Be Mortgage Free in 4 Easy Steps’ and I put it on the side for a week or so, thinking, “Oh, I’ve got to read that”. And then one night I couldn’t sleep, so I read it. I read it all in one go. Afterwards, I thought, “Right, I’ve definitely got to do something about the obvious waste of money occurring with my mortgage!” I decided to use a Mortgage Coach to fix the problem because of the excellent common-sense information in the book. The coach I used, Lorelle McCormack, was superb and couldn’t do enough for us. The way she kept me in touch with the progress of my loan was very good. Lorelle always gave me a ring saying what was happening with the loan, or that I was going to receive documents in the mail and when I got the documents what to do with them. I remember one of the forms I got from the bank that I just didn’t understand. I rang up Lorelle and she rang back -- within about a minute -- and told me what it was about... and this was at half-past-nine at night! The fact that Lorelle came out to our place at a time convenient to us and took the time to explain everything was the most important aspect to me. First Lorelle came to my office to meet me, then she came to my home and met my wife. I wouldn’t run around the banks trying to find things out, I just wouldn’t do that. I appreciated Lorelle’s care of my situation, because it’s a pretty big decision getting a new mortgage—we’re talking six figure numbers! If my circumstances change, I’d certainly use a Mortgage Coach in the future."
