Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a physical product purchased from our website (www.mortgagefreeaustralia.com), via fax order, or via telephone with a credit card for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of shipment for a full refund - less postage & handling.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for: items that are not directly purchased with a credit card from our website (www.mortgagefreeaustralia.com), from our call centre telephone number, or via fax, are returned more than 30 days after shipping, are in an unsalable condition, or are missing any of their contents.

What to Do
When returning a physical product (such as a book), please indicate:

  • the reason for return on the » Refund Form,
  • include the Refund Form with the item you are returning,
  • wrap the package securely, and
  • ship the package to the address below.
Refunds cannot be issued for items returned without a » Refund Form as we need these details to process the refund.

Getting Your Refund
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

You can expect a refund in the form of a CREDIT applied to your credit card that was originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your returned goods. Or, if you payed by cheque / money order, a refund in the form of a cheque will be made out and sent to you.
